Live, No-Exam CE Webinars
Each instructor-led Zoom webinar provides four approved insurance CE credits. Attend the entire class and receive credit without completing a final examination.

Refund, Cancellation and Registration Policies
Please review these policies before completing checkout. Confirm that you selected courses approved for your resident state, the correct class dates and the correct course format.
Check Your Purchase
Should you complete a transaction for classes you cannot use, you will receive a credit for courses. Refunds are subject to a $25 service charge plus a 5% processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued more than six months after the purchase date because of credit-card processing limitations.
Coupon Codes
If your purchase requires a coupon code, enter it during checkout. Bryan Ventures reserves the right to charge the full tuition amount when required coupon instructions are not followed.
Cancellations and Schedule Changes
If Bryan Ventures reschedules or changes a live CE offering, registered participants will receive notice. Participant cancellations or requests to reschedule within ten days of the class date may be subject to restrictions on refunds or transfer of tuition.
Live Webinar Changes
Live webinar tuition may be transferred to another available live course, or retained as a course credit for up to 12 months from the purchase date. Changing or transferring a live registration requires a $25 registration-change fee.
Online Course Transfers
Transferring an online CE purchase to another agent requires a $25 transfer fee. The receiving agent must create a Bryan Ventures account and complete the Introduction in the Learning Center before the transfer.
Extra Registration Assistance
The website is designed for agents to register and access courses independently. If you would like Bryan Ventures to complete a registration on your behalf or provide step-by-step access assistance, a $40 assistance fee applies.
Course Certificates
Certificates of completion are placed in your Learning Center and remain available there for three years. If a replacement certificate must be recreated, use the replacement certificate service.
